Knarr - First order: I do have the great pleasure to announce that the first new building of the Knarr has been ordered to Norway from the new yard in Germany, Bootswerft C. Schneidereit, a few days ago! The plan is still that the new Knarr will be shown at IKC 2005 in Oslo.
Knarr New building: On behalf of our admiral, who due to his work has been abroad for some weeks, (currently in France marketing the Knarr in his spare time!) I also enclose some information about the agreement with Bootswerft C Schneidereit in Stade. As we agreed in San Francisco last year we are working hard to fulfill our part of :"Each country to come up with 3 new Knarr orders in 2005!" Every one that is interested in a new Knarr do take direct contact with the yard as shown in the (web link below). Use the opportunity! The time is more then ready to get more new Knarrs! Can you please post these pictures of the custom stainless steel rudder heads I had fabricated.
they will only fit KNARRS with rudder heads that have a tapered square head configuration.
I only have two left and I am selling them at $400 each.
